Join the village of Blowing Rock in their annual celebration of winter! Ice sculptures, chili challenge, food & drink events, and the Polar Plunge!
Friday, January 26th
Ice Stroll down Main Street (Tour of Ice Carvings), 4pm– 7pm
WinterFest Hendrick Hunt Continues!
Cork & Canvas: Konstain Gorbatov’s “A Winter’s Day” BRAHM, ($45 for members, $50 for members-to-be; online registration required), 4pm – 6pm
Pottery Bacon Cooker demos, Bolick & Traditions Pottery. Throughout the day – FREE Samples.
Free Paleo Putt-Putt Mini Golf (with any activity purchase), Doc’s Rocks, 10:am – 5:00pm. Website
Guided tours through BRAHM’s exhibitions led by a docent. 11am-5pm, FREE admission
Jazz at WinterFest – Historic Green Park Inn – Charlie Ellis playing in the Lobby from 4:00pm – 6:30pm (no charge). 3 course prix fix dinner in the Chestnut Grille with the Todd Wright Quartet. Seating begins at 6:00pm with music from 6:30pm – 9:30pm ($39.95 – call 828-414-9230 for reservations)
