Once a month, Children's Theatre of Charlotte and the Charlotte Mecklenburg Library celebrate our partnership by offering a free Super Saturday to our guests.
On this Saturday, we are having an Elephant and Piggie Party!
We are happy to host Kindie Rock band Big Bang Boom. Big Bang Boom write songs that pop by cleverly mixing alternative, hip-hop, rock, country, and other genres to create music that both adults AND children can enjoy, because Big Bang Boom songs are fun and they teach you things! 12:15pm- 1pm
And what's a party without ice cream!? ImaginOn welcomes, for the first time, The Social Cow. The Social Cow
holds the title as Charlotte's beloved vintage ice cream truck, delighting guests with a reasonably-priced menu of classic novelties and handcrafted artisan pops. 12p- 3pm.
OF COURSE, we will have our Mo Willems family Story Time at 10:30. There will be themed crafts all day in the Spangler Library, and a Mo Willems themed Story Explorers. Please join us for the fun! Super Saturdays are a great way to experience our mission of bringing stories to life!
