Carolinas Medical Center Prepared Parent Childbirth

Carolinas Medical Center (CMC) offers prepared childbirth classes which cover the following topics:

What to expect during labor and delivery
Relaxation and breathing techniques
Pain management choices
In addition to in-class discussions on the above topics, films on birth and cesarean section are shown.

All classes are taught by certified instructors who are Registered Nurses in the Maternity Center.
