(PAL) Mecklenburg Police Activities League Baseball

Badges for Baseball program allows law enforcement officers to participate with youth through baseball. The PAL Knights baseball program is open to ages 4-14. There are 7 PAL Knights teams which are represented in three distinct leagues: Mecklenburg County Park and Recreation, Cal Ripken and Babe Ruth leagues. All teams were named the “Knights”, which is the local Triple A- affiliate’s team name. The Ripken family was once members of the organization, when they were known as the “Charlotte O’s.” PAL Knights host several baseball clinics, which are open to all who have an interest in baseball.
