Our fitness classes are open to individuals 7 and up. Physical fitness is important for everyone. We encourage parents to come to this class and work out with their cheerleader!
During the course of the year, cheer teams will focus on all the elements of cheerleading including tumbling, jumps, motion technique, dance, stunting, pyramids, and physical fitness. If you’ve always wanted to be a cheerleader but don’t have any experience, don’t worry! We will teach you everything you need to know. We will provide every athlete equal opportunity in achieving the highest level of goal fulfillment, teamwork, and athleticism in cheerleading while instilling respect, discipline, and self-esteem in every athlete. Our team is open to children ages 6 and up. We fully believe that your child will greatly benefit both physically and emotionally from participating in the program.
