As a USA Gymnastics Certified Gymnastics Club and we provide each individual student with the best instruction and encouragement by using experienced coaches and proven techniques in a friendly and fun environment.

We offer a wide variety of programs:

PARENT & ME is a gymnastics class specifically for children 18 months to 3 years old. We will introduce little ones to the very basic gymnastics on all of the classic Olympic events on our preschool sized equipment. They will learn Uneven Bars, Balance Beam, Floor and they will also love jumping on the trampoline. This class is 45 minutes long. Children must have a parent assist with them on the gym floor to keep them on task.
