The CrossFit Kids program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for 4 year olds and elite high school athletes. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs. The needs of our second graders and our high school wrestler differ by degree not kind.
Our classes are designed for both boys and girls and kids of all fitness abilities. At CrossFit Northlake our Kids Classes are geared to make Fitness Fun!! With kids it is important for them to work and play hard but also to associate fitness with being something that is fun and that they want to do!
Classes are 6 week sessions, twice a week (Tuesday and Thursday from 5:00-5:45)
