Kids Aerial Yoga at Gotta Yoga

Kid's Aerial Yoga Class will teach kid's to fly to new heights while still grounding them and teaching breath. They will flow through a normal aerial yoga class, while adding some cool tricks here and there. Class time is convenient for an adult yogi to practice as well.
