From early November through December 24, the store transforms into a holiday wonder zone: twinkling lights, giant candy-canes, reindeer décor and cheerful elves at every corner. Families are invited to stroll in, soak up the festive atmosphere, and best of all, receive a free studio-quality 4×6 photo with Santa himself (digital shareable version included) without pressure to buy more.  There are also crafts, games, a mailbox to drop off a letter for Santa (with the promise of a reply if you include your email), and fun giveaways on weekdays. 

It’s a great low-cost outing for Charlotte families: you get holiday decor, kids’ activities and a memorable photo, all under one roof.
