Carrigan Farms Pick your Own Flowers

New for 2026, Carrigan Farms is inviting you to experience their brand-new, gorgeous flower fields on their fifth-generation family farm in Mooresville, just 30 minutes north of Charlotte. Starting in late June and running through the fall, you can wander through vibrant rows of sunflowers, dahlia-like zinnias, airy cosmos, and dramatic cascading amaranth, among over 20 other varieties. To join the fun, simply reserve a time slot online—options include crisp morning sessions at 9:30 AM and 10:30 AM or "golden hour" evening sessions at 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM, which are perfect for photography. Upon arrival at the west entrance (1213 Oakridge Farm Highway), you’ll be provided with cutting shears and a souvenir cup to fill with as many blooms as you like. Whether you’re drawn to the citrus-scented marigolds or the iridescent plumes of celosia, you’re encouraged to walk the field at your own pace and create a custom "cup of color" to take home.e pruners.
