Swimming in a deep, refreshing natural quarry is the perfect way to cool off in the summer. Located about thirty minutes north of Charlotte, The Quarry at Carrigan Farms is an oasis. Whether you’re seeking relaxation, adventure, or a bit of both, our quarry and beach are the ultimate destination for a day of outdoor fun. Come explore our beautiful oasis and make memories that will last a lifetime.
Open swim admission also includes catch-and-release fishing at our two farm ponds which are stocked with bass, bream, and crappie, making for a great day out for anglers of all skill levels. Be sure to bring your own fishing gear.
We want you to have a hassle-free day out in the sun. Don’t forget to bring your towel, sunblock, swimwear, sunglasses, hat, and a blanket or chair. Reserve your spot in advance by paying a non-refundable $5 per person deposit. Upon arrival, we’ll give you a $5 dining voucher to spend at our restaurant.

Open swim is daily throughout the summer from 10am until 3pm, as well as most evenings from 3:45 until sunset. Cost varies by date with weekdays being less costly than weekends. Click the “Calendar/ Book Now” button to see the cost for each date.
