Join us in the Teen Loft every Friday from 3-5pm to enjoy the Zen Zone! Take this time to pause between your school week and the weekend. At the Zen Zone, you can enjoy yoga with soft music and essential oils, join a game of Mario Kart, or check-out a boardgame (ask a staff member for games). There will also be coloring supplies and snacks (snacks always...duh). Whatever you do during this time, we want you to feel present in the moment and take this time to thank your body for getting you through another week! The gaming corner will be closed during this time, but Mario Kart will be available to play with friends. Fill up your cup with some friends or take some time for yourself as you ease into the weekend!
