Black History Month Parade and Block Party

A parade and block party hosted by Carolina Dancing Diamonds and HBCU Heroes Optimist Club to celebrate Black History Month, with the theme of 'Making Our Culture United Again.' The event will feature talents, showcases, and awards, and will be broadcast on WSOC-TV.
