North Carolina State the Poetry Out Loud competition

Children’s Theatre of Charlotte is proud to be the North Carolina State Coordinator of the Poetry Out Loud competition for the second year. We will be hosting the Regional and State Finals at ImaginOn on March 8, 2025.
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS - SAT, MAR 8, 2025

The public is invited to attend the regional competitions at 10 AM and 1 PM, as well as the state finals competition at 4 PM.
9:00 AM Central/West Region Check-in
9:45 AM Central/West Region participants report to McColl Family Theatre
10:00 AM Central/West Region semi-final competition
Central/West Regional winners announced immediately following competition
12:00 PM Eastern Region Check-in
12:45 PM Eastern Region participants report to McColl Family Theatre
1:00 PM Eastern Region semi-final competition
Eastern Regional winners announced immediately following competition
3:45 PM Finalists report to McColl Family Theatre
4:00 PM State Finals
State winners announced immediately following competition
