Community drum circle series
- When: Friday, May 16, 2025, 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm
- Location: 1016 N Davidson St, Charlotte, NC
- Cost: 7:00 - 8:00 PM and is FREE for all to join! - 6:30 PM with an "Intro to Instruments" Class ($10)
Sip some brews and join the groove at Birdsong Brewing Company every 3rd Friday from April 18th - August 15th! This community drum circle series is facilitated by Ashley Spain, a local board-certified music therapist and accredited drum circle facilitator.
You do not need any previous drumming experience to participate in this event!
Each event will begin at 6:30 PM with an "Intro to Instruments" Class ($10). Ashley will guide you through playing techniques for various instruments that are available during the community drum circle.
After the technique class, there will be a 10 minute break to reset, grab a drink (if you haven't already), and pick your instruments for the community drum circle!
The community drum circle will be from 7:00 - 8:00 PM and is FREE for all to join!
