Mint Hill Family Chess Club

Playing chess encourages cooperation, problem solving, and strategic thinking skills. Participants will learn chess basics, strategies, tactics and test their skills in 1-on-1 or group chess games. From beginners to ranked champions, all skill levels are welcome! This program will be provided by Mint Hill library volunteers.

The Chess Club meets most Saturdays from 3-4pm and is open to ages 5+ and families. No registration required. There will be no Chess Club on July 5th and during August 23rd - September 6th.

This program will take place indoors at the Mint Hill library.
