El Grito Festival (CIAF)

La Raza and La Zeta radio stations will host North Carolina’s Fiestas Patrias returning In 2024 with a festival that will showcase all the celebrations of Mexican Independence Day, El Grito. The festival will feature live music entertainment, arts and crafts, authentic Mexican street food, bouncy houses for kids along with other fun activities designed for them. Mariachi music and folkloric dancers will add to the celebration along with performances by renown bands and a civic ceremony by the Consul of Mexico in Raleigh and elected officials for attendees to honor their roots. Many raffle items will be available at the community pavilion and at sponsors’ activation areas. The entire FREE festival is designed to attract the attention of attendees of all ages!
