STEAM 101: Fruit Bat Smoothies at Davidson Library

Come join us at the Davidson branch for an afternoon of smoothies made with ingredients pollinated by bats as we learn about all about our flying friends and bat conservation. Teens will explore chemistry as seen in cooking, one of the oldest and most widespread uses of applied chemistry. Learn about which species live in our state and get some hands on experience with blending your very own drink courtesy of bats, of course! Also come for fun and relaxing bat coloring pages and more!

Registration is required so we have adequate amounts of ingredients for everyone.
