Kerri Carder & Amanda Maslak are local moms who saw a need for quality childcare in South Charlotte and opened Twinkle Toes Nanny Agency in 2022. Kerri & Amanda have both lived in Charlotte for over a decade and with 5 children between the two of them, they understand how important it is to find caregivers you can trust, which is why they only hire nannies they would allow to watch their own children. They initially became interested in owning a Twinkle Toes Nanny Agency because they struggled to find reliable childcare, especially not having family in town. Twinkle Toes has allowed them to connect caregivers with families and build relationships to last a lifetime.
Kerri and Amanda know first-hand what it's like to have a busy household while trying to find someone who is reliable and compassionate to care for your children. Their passion is helping others and building a community of families with the right nannies for each situation. The process makes finding childcare hassle-free and convenient. Twinkle Toes offers full time, part time, babysitting and even overnights. All nannies have CPR certification and pass a civil, criminal and driving record background check. The South Charlotte location serves areas including Ballantyne, Matthews, Pineville, Waxhaw and into South Carolina.
