75th Annual Mooresville Christmas Parade - 2019

The 75th Annual Mooresville Christmas Parade presented by Greenworks has been an annual tradition for generations of locals and visitors alike have enjoyed the numerous floats, dance and entertainment groups, marching bands, and merchants displaying their holiday spirit - of course... ending with the traditional appearance by Santa Claus. The event is always free and open to the public, and is held the Tuesday before Thanksgiving.
The parade travels south down Main Street, beginning at Statesville Avenue and ending just past Mills Avenue at Merino's Home Furnishings. The parade can be viewed from any point in between! Bring your chairs or blankets, and head over early to beat the crowds!
Approximately 1.5 miles of Main Street will be closed for the majority of the day. Alternate routes through downtown include Broad Street & Church Street. Parking is available along both alternate routes, and in any of the public lots which are accessible from Broad & Church Streets.
