National Trails Day: Free admission to Anne Springs Close Greenway

Let’s hit the trails! The Anne Springs Close Greenway will celebrate American Hiking Society’s National Trails Day with a full day of free trail access and outdoor experiences for the community.

Scheduled Activities
7am: Trails open!
8am: Guided hike on Blue Star Trail led by the Greenway Hiking Club
Starting at the Farm & Stables Entrance
If you want to hike the entirety of Blue Star Trail (7.3 miles), please park at the Blue Star Entrance by 7:30am to shuttle over to the Farm & Stables Entrance.
The shuttle is free, but registration is required.
9am: Trailkeeper 101 Workshop (registration required)
9am-6pm: Kayak Rentals (registration required)
10am-2pm: Visit Wayfinders at the Lake Haiger, Dairy Barn, Adventure Road, and Farm & Stables Entrances for suggested hikes.
10am-4pm: Historic cabins open with Docents
6-9pm: Live Music at the Greenway Canteen
