This summer, young artists can grow their skills and creativity through specialized painting camps offered at three convenient locations in the Charlotte area: Pineville, Ballantyne, and Fort Mill. Students ages 9–13 can participate in an Acrylic Painting Camp designed to teach foundational drawing and painting techniques in a traditional studio setting, working at their own pace on subjects such as still life, landscapes, and animals—skills they can continue developing at home. For more experienced artists ages 10–18, a summer Paint Out offers the opportunity to paint landscapes outdoors and refine their technique in a guided setting. These camps provide a focused, skill-building experience for students who are serious about developing their artistic abilities.
