In this four-part series, take a trip across the Carolinas without ever leaving Discovery Place Nature! Each day, we will explore a new habitat on our journey from the highest peaks of the Blue Ridge Mountains to the salty marshes of the Carolina coast, meeting an animal ambassador from each one.

Whose eyes can you find peeking at you from the swamp? The swamps and savannahs of the Coastal Plain contain amazing creatures, some of which might surprise you! Come along to uncover what’s hiding in these mysterious habitats.
