Enjoy a holiday experience like no other that's great for everyone - bring your families, friends, or neighbors!
Light the World Giving Machines, the popular “vending machine” that works in reverse by giving users an opportunity to purchase a variety of much-needed items for local and global charities, will visit Charlotte, North Carolina from December 13-17, 2022 at The Promenade on Providence shopping center located at 10844 Providence Rd.
The Giving Machines are a unique and memorable way to give and serve one another during the holiday season.
The Charlotte beneficiaries will be Loaves & Fishes/Friendship Trays and Carolina Refugee Resettlement Agency.
Visitors can make donations by purchasing items ranging in price from $5 to $150 that include such staples as groceries, clothing, and blankets to the ever-popular chickens, goats, and beehives, which provide life-sustaining nutrition and income in the developing world.
Giving Machine options for our Charlotte charities include:
-10 jars of peanut butter
-1 week of groceries for a family
-Pillow and blanket set
-Bedding kit including bed and mattress
-Cooking kit
Debit/Credit Card and Apple and Android Pay accepted. No cash.
100% of all donations go directly to each participating charities.
