Family Bug Hunt

  • When: Saturday, September 7, 2024, 10:00 am - 11:00 am
  • Location: Stevens Creek Nature Center
  • Cost: Free

Whether under logs or in tall grasses, bugs are all around us - let's find them! Armed with sweep nets and jars, search high and low for hopping, crawling, flying, beautiful buggy creatures. After catching a bunch, we'll figure out what we caught, check them out up close, then release them back into the wild. Pre-registration required; please register total number of participating adults and children. Not a drop-off program; children must be supervised by a participating adult. Prior to the program, the instructor will email important information on how to prepare, what to bring, etc.
