Dose of Nature (pre-register or drop-in)

Voice your ideas and listen to others' viewpoints as we discuss how the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic changed our relationship with nature. Then hit the trails on a (optional) beginner-friendly interpretive hike led by one of our naturalists. Masks are encouraged and provided by local grassroots mutual aid group Charlotte Mask Bloc, and will be worn by program leader; however, we cannot guarantee all staff or participants will be masked. Pre-register to secure your spot; drop-ins taken up to maximum of 12.
This program takes place fully outdoors at our firepit area, and we encourage dressing comfortably for the weather. Access to the space includes crossing flat paved and grassy/gravel paths. To reduce risk of transmission, this program has a 12 participant limit and masks are encouraged and will be provided.
