Homeschool Rally Junior Edition: Science of Speed: Mini-Car Racing Competition

Start your engines! With the Huntersville Soap Box Derby, all the upcoming NASCAR races taking place at the Charlotte Motor Speedway, and the 25th annual Speed Street celebration, Charlotte is going NASCAR-happy! This month’s Homeschool Rally is our second annual build-your-own-miniature-car Speed Racing Competition! Construct your own race cars out of materials such as toilet paper tubes, dowels, spools, and rubber bands, and then test them out to see if you’ve got what it takes to win the race! This year we are requiring registration and capping at 50, so sign up now!
