Kids in Nature Day

Bring the kids to Freedom Park for a free, fun-filled opportunity to get up close and personal with nature. They will meet animal ambassadors, make seed balls and bird treats, relax with Animal Yoga, create art with things found only in nature, hear stories from Mother Nature, fish in the pond, and go on a guided nature walk in the woods. This fun, family event is sponsored by HoneyBee Real Estate and in partnership with Great Outdoors University and Mecklenburg County Parks and Recreation.
