City of Gastonia's Fourth of July Celebration

  • Location: Rotary Centennial Pavilion 111 N South St, Gastonia, North Carolina 28052

The City of Gastonia's Fourth of July Celebration is from 4:00 PM to 9:30 PM on July 4 at the Rotary Centennial Pavilion and downtown Gastonia. The event is free and is open to the public. The band, Thirsty Horses, performs from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and the Diamond River band follows from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM. The fireworks show starts at 9:30 PM and lasts fifteen minutes.

The celebration will feature food trucks, vendors, and a beer garden. There will be a FREE KidsZone that feature a ferris wheel, bungee trampoline, inflatables, carnival games with prizes, face painting, and balloon twisting.

There will also be contests throughout the event. A full schedule of contests will be posted prior to the event, as well as a list of all vendors.
