Connected Art Workshop: Portraits of Furry Friends (ONLINE)

Shout out to the pets! Kids, create mixed-media portraits of your beloved pets or other furry friends. Pre-K through 2nd graders will learn to draw textured fur and unique details for collars and tags on top of the basic lines and shapes that form dogs, cats, and bunnies. Molly Partyka will teach kids how to personalize their pets step-by-step.

Tickets are $20 for members and $25 for non-members, per participant. Kids in pre-K through second grade are welcome to join from any location. Registration ends Wednesday, June 10, at 9:00 a.m.
Recommended supplies:
- Crayons
- Markers or colored pencils (Make sure to have black, brown, tan, or grey depending on the animal you will be drawing)
- A circular object to trace (Could be a lid, plate, or bowl between 5 to 8 inches in diameter)
- White construction or copy paper
- Glue (optional)
- Pom-poms (optional)
