Create and experience art that isn’t in a gallery…it’s on the sidewalk at Manchester Meadows! Help us transform over 800 feet of concrete into bright and colorful sidewalk art! Artists of all ages are invited to, have fun and let their creative side out during this FREE event! Chalk will be provided.
